Chocolate Cereal Clusters

Description

Delicious clusters made with a mix of cereals, pretzels, and white chocolate. Perfect for a snack or party treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups Cheerios
  • 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups M&M’s
  • 24 oz white chocolate chips or white almond bark

Instructions

  1. Line a countertop or large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, and peanuts.
  3. Add M&M’s last and gently stir to combine.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture.
  6. Quickly and gently fold the mix with a spatula to evenly coat all ingredients.
  7. Spread the coated mix on the prepared surface and let it cool at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.
  8. Once hardened, break into clusters and serve or store in an airtight container.
