- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups Cheerios
- 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups M&M’s
- 24 oz white chocolate chips or white almond bark
Instructions
- Line a countertop or large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, and peanuts.
- Add M&M’s last and gently stir to combine.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture.
- Quickly and gently fold the mix with a spatula to evenly coat all ingredients.
- Spread the coated mix on the prepared surface and let it cool at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.
- Once hardened, break into clusters and serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Make sure to melt the chocolate slowly to avoid burning.
- This treat can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
