Description

Delicious honey garlic chicken baked to perfection with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides; place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  4. Pour the glaze over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), drizzling additional glaze halfway through if desired.
  6. Serve warm drizzled with leftover sauce from the pan.
