Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add steak cubes in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned (don’t overcrowd the pan).
  4. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Cook for 2–3 minutes more, tossing to coat the steak evenly.
  5. Check for doneness—steak tips should be slightly pink inside for medium, or cook longer if you prefer well-done.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy immediately.
