Description
Delicious garlic sirloin steak tips, perfect for a quick meal!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned (don’t overcrowd the pan).
- Stir in garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Cook for 2–3 minutes more, tossing to coat the steak evenly.
- Check for doneness—steak tips should be slightly pink inside for medium, or cook longer if you prefer well-done.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Honey can be replaced with maple syrup.
- Soy sauce can be replaced with tamari for gluten-free.
- Let the steak rest for 3–5 minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
