Description

A creamy and refreshing panna cotta infused with passion fruit, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup passion fruit pulp (about 34 passion fruits)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • fresh passion fruit pulp for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in passion fruit pulp and lemon juice until fully combined.
  3. Pour mixture into serving glasses or ramekins. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
  4. Top with fresh passion fruit pulp just before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • This panna cotta can be made a day ahead of time, just keep it refrigerated until serving.
