Description

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion; sauté until translucent (about 3 minutes).
  3. Cook Chicken: Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Bell Peppers: Stir in sliced bell peppers and cook until they soften slightly (4-5 minutes).
  5. Assemble Tortillas: Lay a tortilla flat, fill it with the chicken-pepper mixture, sprinkle with cheese, and fold tightly.
  6. Cook Tortillas: In a clean skillet over medium heat, cook folded tortillas seam-side down until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side).
