- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 3/4 cup dried cherries or chopped maraschino cherries
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Extra cherries and chocolate chips for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt together white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and almond extract.
- Gently fold in dried cherries and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Press in extra cherries and chips on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once set, lift from the pan and slice into squares with a sharp knife.
- Serve or store in the fridge for later.
