- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, reserving some for topping later.
- If using chia seeds, stir them into the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow flavors to meld.
- In the morning, top with remaining strawberries and any other desired toppings like nuts or granola.
