A delicious and refreshing salad made with shredded chicken and a creamy ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken fillet, shredded
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
- Add celery, red onion, red bell pepper, and parsley to the bowl.
- Toss all ingredients until evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled on its own, with crackers, or in a whole-grain wrap.

- This salad is great for meal prep; it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
