Description

A delicious and refreshing salad made with shredded chicken and a creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken fillet, shredded
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Add celery, red onion, red bell pepper, and parsley to the bowl.
  3. Toss all ingredients until evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve chilled on its own, with crackers, or in a whole-grain wrap.
