Description

Delicious biscuits filled with ground beef and cheese, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste dipping sauces (mustard or ranch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with minced garlic over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a small amount of cooked beef and a piece of cheddar cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
