- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- to taste dipping sauces (mustard or ranch)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to biscuit dough package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with minced garlic over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a small amount of cooked beef and a piece of cheddar cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
