Description

Delicious and crispy Brussels sprouts made in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups brussel sprouts (whole, frozen)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix together all ingredients.
  3. Pour into air fryer, spread out so there is little overlap.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  5. Check for tenderness. If you want them crispier at the end increase temperature to 400 for about 3 minutes or until as crispy on the outside as you want.
  6. If you want to add nuts and/or dried cranberries do so after minute 10. First toss with 1 more tbsp of melted butter and vinegar so everything is coated. Pour in, shake basket, and continue cooking until veggies are softened.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding crushed garlic to the mix.
  • Experiment with different seasonings to suit your taste.
