A delicious layered dessert featuring cream cheese, Cool Whip, and cherry pie filling.

- 15 Graham crackers for 3 layers
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (thawed 1 container)
- ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 3 oz boxes instant cheesecake pudding (or instant vanilla pudding)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (thawed 1 container)
- 21 ounces cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Cream Cheese Filling: Whip softened cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in confectioners’ sugar, then fold in Cool Whip until smooth (don’t overmix).
- Pudding Filling (Alternative): Mix 2 small packs of instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding with 2 cups cold milk. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Assemble Layers: Layer graham crackers in an 8×8 pan. Spread half of the filling over the crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers, spread the remaining filling, then top with more graham crackers.
- Cherry Layer: Spoon cherry pie filling over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
