Description
A delicious and easy crock pot recipe for cube steak and gravy served over egg noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Cube steak
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Place 1 pound of beef, 1 package of onion soup mix, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of beef broth in a 6 quart crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- 1 hour before serving, combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water together in a small bowl.
- Stir the cornstarch mixture into the crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour to help thicken your gravy.
- While the sauce is thickening, cook the egg noodles based on the package instructions.
- Serve the steak and gravy over the egg noodles and enjoy!

- This dish is great for a comforting family meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
