- 2 – 3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
- Toss the gnocchi with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
- Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- For shelf-stable and refrigerated gnocchi, air fry for 11 to 14 minutes, shaking every 4 to 5 minutes.
- For frozen gnocchi, air fry for 13 to 16 minutes, shaking every 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
