Ingredients

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3 oz)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping (thawed)
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2 apples (chopped (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp))
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, chopped apples, mini marshmallows, and caramel sauce.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with nuts or extra marshmallows if desired.
