- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sausage to the bowl and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Ensure the sausage is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
