A creamy and flavorful spinach artichoke dip perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0 cup sour cream
- 0 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 0 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 0 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thaw and squeeze dry the spinach. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Add garlic, chopped artichokes, spinach, half of the mozzarella, and all the Parmesan. Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving with chips, bread, or veggies.

- This dip can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
