A delicious recipe for grilled tortillas filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Large Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar or American Cheese
- Optional: Pickles, Diced Onions, Burger Sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Press a small handful of seasoned beef onto one half of each tortilla.
- Cook tortillas beef-side down on the hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top of the beef side.
- Fold the tortillas in half and grill both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot with your favorite burger toppings.
