Description

A delicious recipe for grilled tortillas filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar or American Cheese
  • Optional: Pickles, Diced Onions, Burger Sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Press a small handful of seasoned beef onto one half of each tortilla.
  4. Cook tortillas beef-side down on the hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip the tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top of the beef side.
  6. Fold the tortillas in half and grill both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve hot with your favorite burger toppings.
