Description

A delicious and creamy cheesy potato casserole that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 15 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups frozen cubed potatoes, thawed
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups corn-flakes cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 7×11″ or 9×9″ baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the thawed potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Crush the corn flakes in a plastic food storage bag and then mix with melted butter in a small bowl.
  5. Spoon the buttery corn flakes evenly over the potato mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
