Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, matcha powder, sugar, and baking powder until well blended.
  3. Add melted butter and the egg; stir until you achieve a thick, slightly sticky dough.
  4. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
