- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the foil-lined baking sheet. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in minced garlic and lemon juice until well combined.
- Drizzle the lemon garlic butter mixture over each salmon fillet and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Fold the foil over the salmon to create sealed packets.
