Delicious grilled chicken breast skewers coated in a spicy Bang Bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1–1 inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken chunks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Thread the seasoned chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through with grill marks.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve the chicken skewers warm with the Bang Bang sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
- Adjust the spice level of the sauce by varying the amount of sriracha used.
